The invention of basket oaf
In this essay I am qualifying to explain when hoops was invented, also I am going to tell you how it changed over the years what stayed the same what didnt. That sort of thing.
Basketball was invented on December 21, 1891. By a homo named James Naismith, who was a Canadian clergyman. The game stared out with two peach baskets, and a soccer ball. The two peach baskets did not have holes to sustain with, and each peach basket was on one billet and the other on another side. The branch back advance was a wire mesh, the second was made out of wood, and the terce which we have now is made out of glass.
The rules are simple, 1.The ball may be thrown in any perpetration with one or both . 2.The ball may be batted in any direction with one or both hands.
3.A role player cannot run with the ball. The player must throw it from the roll in the hay on which he catches it, allowances to be made for a man who catches the ball when running if he tries to stop. 4.The ball must be held by the hands. The arms or body must not be used for holding it.
5.No shouldering, holding, pushing, tripping or spectacular in any way the person of an opponent shall be allowed; the first infringement of this rule by any player shall come as a foul, the second shall disqualify him until the following goal is made, or, if there was evident intent to injure the person, for the all of the game, no substitute allowed.
6.A foul is striking the ball with the fist, intrusion of Rules 3, 4, and such as described in Rule 5.
7.If either side makes...
As a basketball fan, I can respect the effort you put into your essay. I liked your use of the first person which lent a personalised touch to your paper. In some places, I might have explained the rules of the game a bit differently but I know what you meant.
When I read Rule 5, I thought of something that former capital of Massachusetts Celtic center Bill Russell used to say regarding the usually held belief that football game is a contact sport.
Although he may not have said it first, he liked to snap that basketball is a contact sport but football is a collision sport. Ive suffered injuries from playing both sports and the rules never helped with healing.
I liked the way that you briefly mentioned the history of basketball onwards you provided your overview of the rules and then wrapped up explaining how the rules had changed over time. Your report had hard-hitting transitions and a smooth flow. Fine effort!
factual peoce of witting, however personal references such as i deter the reader, and hence puts spate the eassy...
Excellent essay.. Well written.. I particularly like the way you coordinated the history of the game to the rules... Good job!!
I always wondered just about the rules of basketball. You presented them in an easy-to-read form, which I personally appreciated. Also, I never knew, until now, how basketball got started. That was really great.
I really liked this essay because you made it have the appearance _or_ semblance simple for anyone to understand. There were many things in this essay that i never knew until now, thanks alot and nice work.
