I desire to inform the audience how to eat a balance sizeable diet.
Introduction
How many of you want to be healthy? How many of you rise up it a challenge to eat healthily because you argon forever running somewhere such as from work to educate or from school to a nonher activity? Most of us are. Today we will discuss ways you give the bounce coordinated healthy eating into your lifestyle even if you are continuously on the go. Packing a lunch, choosing restaurants wisely, and keeping nutritious snacks on hand are a just a some of the ways you can still manage to eat something enough while maintaining a hectic pace.
Thesis statement
Through the familiarity of the five pabulum groups, the moderation of food intake, and the awareness of nutritional labels a person can have a balanced diet.
Body
I. Through the proper intake of the five food groups, you can have a healthy balanced diet. The five food groups cut across a lot of types and arrays of food. I will cover all of the five food groups: Whole grains, Vegetables, Fruits, Protein, and dairy.

1. Grains are one of the two biggest groups.
This includes but is not limited to any food made from wheat, rice, oats, cornmeal, barley. Another grain grain is a grain product. Bread, pasta, oatmeal, breakfast cereals, tortillas, and grits are examples of grain products.
