Growth of the Women: Post cultured War to Present
Women have always been the base of the home, looking by dint of invoice, we can see that they raised children, kept the home, and provide for their families in a way that a man could not. There was never much question that the womens place was in the home, and that the economise would provide for the family, own the property, and control the finances. It wasnt until the late 1800s that women began fighting for their own declines as citizens in America. It started with the fight for the right to own property, developing into the right to vote, and in brief escalated into rights in the live on place and the rights to their bodies. Many strong empowered women throughout history fought for the rights that women in America have today, making sure on that point is a voice for women and that it is heard.
The first real call to ameliorate by women came with the Seneca Falls Convention in 1848. Women such as Susan B Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton argued that women deserved improved laws regarding child custody, divorce, and property rights.
