He is making a speech about how he believes that 1941 lead be a turning point in the state of war and how he values that the rest of the humankind will finally stir up to the ideas of the national socialist troupe and join them in their entreat against the so-called enemy the Judaic People and eliminate them from existence. The barbarism was created as propaganda to try and come along morale in the body politic to suck up the peck fight harder against the British, French and American soldiers. He everyplacely uses the speech to promote the idea of the Aryan public life cosmos superior to all others and how the Jewish passel ar purportedly inferior to the Germans and how they are apparently exploiting the Germans; he also refers to the Jewish people as being almost sub-human.
